I recently used PACK & SEND in Hobart (June 2025) to get my folding bike to a bike shop in Melbourne (having also used them 6 years ago too). I initially had a couple of email conversations with the team, and followed this up with a phone call. The quote for the cost of the freight was received in a timely manner, and was competitive with other providers. However, what most impressed me was when dealing with Michelle and her team face to face. I was made to realise that my business was important to them, and was very well looked after. Once the package was on its way, I was informed of the tracking number, and reminded that I could contact Michelle and the team at any time for assistance. I highly recommend PACK & SEND Hobart.

I had a very good experience with Pack & Send Noosa. They were absolute lifesavers in helping me get my suitcase from Australia to the UK. Chris was incredibly helpful in organising the pickup, and Pack & Send were the only company willing to collect my unattended suitcase and ship it internationally. They even took the time to go through the contents and remove anything that might have caused issues with customs, which was a huge help. I was told by several companies that someone had to be physically present all day for a pickup which wasn’t possible for me, so I’d almost given up hope. But thanks to Pack & Send, I’ve now been reunited with my suitcase, something I didn’t think would be possible!! If you’ve accidentally left luggage behind while travelling or returning home, I’d highly recommend Pack & Send as a solution. A couple of things to note: 1. The service is significantly more expensive than other baggage couriers, however it was worth it as they were the only ones who could actually do the job given my circumstances. 2. Communication after the pickup could have been better. It was difficult to get timely updates via email until Julieanne stepped in - once she was involved, things progressed much more quickly. Big thanks again to the team! So grateful for your help.

Efficient and competitive rates. Printing slips is great so no need to write on the parcels. Packed and booked at night, came and picked up next morning. Was delivered interstate within a couple days.

We shipped three boxes from Sydney back to Scotland using PACK & SEND Randwick. Tim was great in helping arrange everything from the official paperwork for customs and the necessary lists of items we were shipping. Upon arrival in the UK there was significant delays due to UPS. I made contact with Tim and Jenny during this hold up and they were extremely responsive, contacting UPS directly and getting things moving I can't recommend them enough and would definitely use them again in the future.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! pack & send south Yarra have been beyond difficult to deal with - they have overcharged me horrendously and made my move to the uk incredibly stressful. It started with being misquoted between two staff members to the tune of $400. Unfortunately at this time I was leaving the country and did not have a chance to find a new shipper. The fee I paid was including the “full service” when it was difficult at every turn. Then I received the customs form that they had miscalculated leading to a £175 customs fee. I have reported them to consumer affairs but do your self a favour and avoid giving them your business.
